Terms of Enrolment

Who you are contracting with

The programme is provided by AL SAFI FZE, Al Shmookh Business Center, One UAQ, Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone, United Arab Emirates.

These terms apply from the moment you accept a place and pay the fee.

What we provide

Eight weeks of instruction in a cohort of up to 20 people, with scheduled synchronous sessions and code review at each stage.

A dedicated training slot on NVIDIA A100 hardware for the duration of the programme, a shared base model endpoint available around the clock, and one graduation run on a multi-accelerator node.

Preparation for the Microsoft AI-103 examination and guidance through the steps of publishing a listing on the Microsoft marketplace.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee employment, income, or that you will pass any examination. What we guarantee is the instruction, the compute and the review described above.

We do not guarantee that any third party — Microsoft, NVIDIA, a marketplace, an employer — will approve, list, certify or hire you. Those decisions belong to them and follow their own rules.

Figures quoted on this site about marketplace listings and salary ranges are references to publicly observable market data. They describe what others have charged or earned. They are not a forecast of your result.

What you need to bring

Working knowledge of Python, the command line, git and the basics of Docker. A laptop. An Azure account with a billing profile attached. Enough English to read documentation. Ten to twelve hours a week.

Costs that are yours, not ours: the AI-103 examination fee paid directly to Microsoft, spend on your own Azure subscription, and any Partner Center registration costs.

Acceptable use of the compute

The training slot is for coursework. Do not use it to mine cryptocurrency, to attack other systems, to train models on unlawful material, or to process personal data you have no right to process.

Do not share your access with anyone outside the cohort. Slots are individually allocated and individually logged.

We may suspend access immediately if any of this is breached, without refund.

Who owns what

Your work is yours. Models you fine-tune, code you write and applications you build during the programme belong to you. We claim no licence over them and no share of what you earn from them.

Course materials, the curriculum and the platform configuration remain ours. You may use them to learn; you may not resell them or run your own programme from them.

Open models you build on carry their own licences. We tell you which ones and what they allow; complying with them is your responsibility.

Cancellation and refunds

Refund terms are set out in full on the Refunds page and form part of these terms.

If something goes wrong

If we cancel a cohort or fail to deliver the programme, you get a full refund. That is the principal remedy.

Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Infrastructure may fail. Cloud providers have outages. We will reschedule affected sessions and extend access where reasonable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Umm Al Quwain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
