Refund Policy

The short version

Before the cohort starts, you get everything back. In the first week, you get most of it back. After that, the compute is allocated and the seat is gone, so refunds stop.

Before the start date

Cancel at any point before the first session and receive a full refund, no reason required. Write to [email protected].

During the first week

Withdraw before the end of week one and receive a 75% refund. The retained quarter covers the compute already reserved in your name and the seat that can no longer be offered to someone else.

After the first week

No refund. By this point your training slot is allocated for the full eight weeks and the cohort is closed.

This is not us being difficult: the hardware is reserved per student in advance, and an empty slot costs the same as a used one.

If we cancel

If we postpone or cancel a cohort, you choose: a full refund, or a transfer to the next cohort at no additional cost. We tell you as early as we can.

What is never refundable

Money you paid to somebody else. The Microsoft AI-103 examination fee goes to Microsoft and follows Microsoft's own policy. Spend on your own Azure subscription is between you and Microsoft. We cannot refund either.

How to request

Email [email protected] from the address you enrolled with and say you want to withdraw. No form, no phone call, no retention conversation.

We confirm in writing within 5 working days and return the money by the route you paid, normally within 14 days.
